I brought my 2024 Corvette in for the first time for service when a check engine light was on. It started out not so great of an experience with communication and figuring out what is wrong. When I voiced my concerns it was dealt with professionally and in the end I think the person helping me did a good job.

Fast Service

Poor. Suggested I needed something that wasn’t needed to be done and put on the invoice that I was the one who said the fuel pump was leaking which was false. I never noticed the car leaking oil and that’s what the invoice says I stated which I didn’t. Most likely would never come back to this Chevy again

I went in was quoted prices then when it was time to pay the price was higher I went in for new tires and a wheel alignment it took them 6 hours to get my truck done 6 hours I missed a day at work for something that should have taken a hour Carlos the adviser is a liar and not a man of his word

Wadley is amazing at what he does! He’s friendly, patient, and very helpful. I first came to him in August just to check numbers, and even though I can be a bit indecisive, he worked with me without any pressure. I came back on September 13th because I felt comfortable buying with him. I originally wanted a 2025 Chevy Trax, but ended up leaving with a beautiful blue Chevy Equinox that caught my eye. Thank you, Wadley, for making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a vehicle, go see him you won’t regret it!

I like that they were clear about the process to check my car, then pinpointed the problem. They even explained what the part ( that needs replacement) does. Also, I appreciate I didn't have to wait so long for that information. Although I have to wait for the part to arrive, it will get fixed. With my past experiences with Open Road Chevy service department, I know they will get the job done. And I greatly appreciate that service.

I brought my 2016 Traverse in for a recall repair. I was given a service ticket an paperwork to sign only a few minutes after arriving. The repair was one in just over an hour's time which was the estimated timeframe I was given. Everything went smoothly and I am happy with the experience I had yesterday.

I went to Omar for my 1st vehicle, which was a 2024 Chevy EV Blazer. I had one minor issue and he helped me quickly, ensuring I received the help that was needed. Unfortunately, 3/23/26, had an accident, vehicle totaled. I called Omar and he kind and considerate of the situation. He knew I wasn't feeling too well after the accident and he had me in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 to 2 hours, I cannot recall. Omar was kind, professional, and respectful. He offered me aspirin for pain, tea/coffee/water, and his charger (my phone was low on the battery). After the sale was complete, he drove my new vehicle to the rental dealership with me to drop the rental off. After, he drove my new vehicle back to the dealership. I cannot say enough kind words for Omar. He is the best in my opinion. I will definitely go back to him when it's time. Brought my car in two Tuesdays ago for AC repair and headlamp replacement. Was told at the latest it would be fixed the following Tuesday. On Thursday received an email that parts were in. Never received another message from again about the status of the car. I had to call and was told Wednesday. Wednesday, I had to call again, still not ready. Thursday, it was finally ready. There was absolutely no feedback from the Service department except for the initial call. Customers should not be told a car will be ready on a certain date and it isn’t. Also, if there are delays, the Service Department should be calling the customer and letting them know. I was caused inconvenience because the car wasn’t ready on time.

Service manager is very rude. Talks abruptly and no help. When my truck was done I paid my invoice. He handed me to key and said truck is outside. It was 95 degrees and I was searching for my truck. Asked lot attendant who refused to help me. I went back inside service dept and an employee went looking for my truck. He drove it up to where I was waiting I spent 52.000 dollars and didn’t get the respect I deserved in service department. Advisor should have gotten my truck for me

The employees responsible for greeting customers were professional and friendly. The vehicle was taken on time and all work completed very timely. The same individual who greeted me in the morning came back after the service was completed to have me sign the completed work order and told me where my car can be picked up. I also received a text from the service center advising me of the vehicle inspection and that it passed all of the inspected areas.
